Add Cancellation date filter to Agreements search and sort

Purpose:

Ability to filter agreements by cancellation deadline

User story statement(s):

As an ERM librarian
I want to find agreements by cancellation deadline
so that I can find all agreements with an upcoming cancellation deadline

Scenarios:

1. Scenario:
   • Given Agreements search and filter
   • When I view the filters
   • Then I see a filter for Cancellation deadline after the 'End date' filter
2. Scenario:
   • Given the cancellation deadline filter
   • When I view the filter
   • Then I see options to set filter options:
     • On or before (date select)
     • On or after (date select)
     • Check box to "Include agreements with no cancellation deadline set"
3. Scenario:
   • Given the cancellation deadline filter
   • When I set a date in the filter
   • Then the filter applies to find agreements meeting the specified criteria using the cancellation deadline of the current agreement cancellationDeadline
