Add an option to "create another" agreement line

Purpose:
Make is easier for users to add multiple agreement lines to an agreement.

Scenarios - New agreement line:

1. Scenario:
   • Given the "Agreement lines" accordion in the Agreement "view" pane, with an "Add agreement line" button.
   • When I select the "Add agreement line" button
   • Then I see the "New agreement line" form with an option to "Create another"
     
2. Scenario:
   • Given the "Create another" option
   • When it first displays
   • Then it is unchecked by default
3. Scenario:
   • Given the "Create another" option
   • When I check the box and then Save & close
   • Then I see a callout confirming creation of the agreement line AND a blank "New agreement line" form
   • AND focus is on the first form element beneath the form header.

Scenarios - Edit agreement line:

1. Scenario:
   • Given the "Edit agreement line" form
   • When I view the form
   • Then I see the "Edit agreement line" form with an option to "Create another"
     
2. Scenario:
   • Given the "Create another" option
   • When it first displays
   • Then it is unchecked by default
3. Scenario:
   • Given the "Create another" option
   • When I check the box and then Save & close
   • Then I see a callout confirming creation of the agreement line AND a blank "New agreement line" form
   • AND focus is on the first form element beneath the form header.

This pattern is used when adding multiple instances of the same thing in other areas of Folio. e.g. "Add PO Line"
