When the user only has one dashboard, display the dashboard name in a header

Purpose:
To add a header area to the dashboard app (grey band) in which the name of the dashboard is displayed when the user only has one dashboard. When the user has more than one dashboard the menu buttons will display in place of the header.

Scenarios:

1. Scenario:
   • Given the Dashboard landing page AND the user only has one dashboard
   • When I view the landing page
   • Then I can see the name of the dashboard displayed in a header
