Agreement lines search and filter updates

Updates following on from ERM-2289 "Agreement line search and filter screen initial implementation".

1. Replace the Agreements icon with the attached icon for Agreement Lines in:
   1. The Agreement Lines search and sort
   2. The Agreement Line view pane
   3. The Agreement Line New pane
   4. The Agreement Line Edit pane
      
      
      
2. In the Agreement Line view pane, add a hyperlink to the Parent Agreement (highlighted in the screenshot)
   
3. Add "Parent agreement" as an additional column in the results list using the name from the entitlement.owner.name. Position the column at the end of the columns already in the display
