Review updated GOKb OAI-PMH package feed for title data changes

Following most recent update to GOKb the title data included in the package OAI-PMH feed has been enhanced which may mean we can avoid the additional title enhancement checks we do when harvesting the data.

This task is to check inclusion of the data we currently obtain via gokbToERMSecondary looking (https://github.com/folio-org/mod-agreements/blob/6bff8a76ce69c209c7970f9981fd75f286ee426d/service/src/main/groovy/org/olf/kb/adapters/GOKbOAIAdapter.groovy#L544)

The XML elements from GOKb we use in the current secondary lookup are:

• editionStatement
• volumeNumber
• dateFirstOnline
• dateFirstInPrint
• firstAuthor
• firstEditor 

Outcome of this task is expected to be to a Jira issue to change the harvester to use this data directly from the initial package OAI-PMH feed if it is available from there, with the hope to avoid any secondary lookup if possible
