Display all identifiers in a namespace for a resource

Purpose:

If there are multiple identifiers for a resource in a single namespace, these should all be displayed with the resource

Scenarios:

1. Scenario:
   • Given a resource with multiple identifiers in a single namespace
   • When I view the resource in the resource view pane
   • Then the identifiers should be shown as a list under the label for the namespace
   • 
2. Scenario:
   • Given a resource with multiple identifiers in a single namespace
   • When I view the resource in the resource card (e.g. on Agreement line view)
   • Then the identifiers should be shown as a list under the label for the namespace
