Overview:
Steps to Reproduce:

Create an agreement
Click the "Tag" icon for the agreement
Add a tag to the agreement
Note that the count number next to the tag icon doesn't update
Add an agreement line (one with just a description and no linked resource is fine)
Save and close the agreement line
Click the "Tag" icon for the agreement line
Add a tag to the agreement line
Note that the count number next to the tag icon doesn't update

Expected Results:
Count number updates as you add tags

Actual Results:
Not updating

Same functionality in licenses works OK
