Add property options to Agreements text search

Purpose:

To support text search of agreements by specific fields

User story statement(s):

As an ERM Librarian
I want to search agreements by selected text fields
so that I can be more precise in my searching

Scenarios:

1. Scenario:
   • Given Agreements search and filter
   • When I see the text box search
   • Then I see check boxes to limit/extend search to "Name", "Alternative name", "Description"
   • This is similar to the option on creating an Agreements search widget
   • 
2. Scenario:
   • Given the Agreements text search
   • When none of the check boxes are checked
   • Then the text search is applied to all fields (as the current search)
3. Scenario:
   • Given the Agreements text search
   • When one or more of the check boxes are checked
   • Then the text search is applied only to fields indicated by the checked boxes
