Amendment/License link status values do not update immediately after Agreement edit

Overview:

If a license/amendment has a status within an agreement, on updating that status, and then viewing the license, the license/amendment link status display in the License / Amendment view is not updated without refreshing the browser.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Link a license to an agreement with status "Future"
2. View license and open the "Agreements linked to this license"
3. See that the agreement displays and in the MCL "License link status" column is populated correctly
4. Go back to agreement, edit the License status in agreement to new value - e.g. "Historical"
5. Save agreement and then navigate back to license
6. View license and open the "Agreements linked to this license"
7. See that the agreement displays and in the MCL "License link status" column is populated incorrectly with the old status
