Overview:

User with permission "ui-agreements.generalSettings.manage" cannot edit settings getting an error

ERROR: in module @folio/agreements, operation POST on resource 'settings' failed, saying: Access for user 'erm-admin' (a5403240-7132-4dc0-a6da-e9c2944f1130) requires permission: configuration.entries.item.post

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to Snapshot environment as user erm-admin (p/w erm-admin)
2. Try to edit Agreements settings "Hide internal agreements knowledgebase"
3. Click save

Expected Results:

Settings saved

Actual Results:

Error reported as above
