Weight not being observed for sort order when displaying agreement props

Overview:
When Agreement supplementary properties are displayed, they should sort by weight with the lowest weight properties displaying first

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a Primary supplementary property with weight zero
2. Create a Primary supplementary property with weight -1
3. View an agreement and open Supp Prop accordion

Expected Results:
Should display with the second one (weight -1) top of the list

Actual Results:
Displays with first one (weight zero) top of the list
