Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Agreements
2. With screen reader Open an existing agreement and in the Actions menu select delete and press the delete buttons- does the screen reader read the announcement?"

Issue Screen reader does not read content from pop up

• A screen reader would read any popups so users know what has happened
• A user who is blind will not be able to perceive a error or update message if it is not read aloud
• Adjust with aria-live region or other aria options
