Description
From the GOKb in the GOKb OAI-PMH XML (path: /record/metadata/gokb/package, attributes: "id" and "uuid") populate two identifiers in GOKb
- The value of the identifier should be taken from the 'value' attribute
- The namespace of the identifier should be gokb_id and gokb_uuid respectively
Only populate if these attributes are available (just skip this if the attributes not present)
