A maximum of 10 custom properties are retrieved for agreements and licenses

On displaying or editing an agreement or license a maximum of 10 custom properties are retrieved. As there can be more than 10 custom properties, the number retrieved should be higher

While 100 is likely to cover most scenarios, it should be noted that there is no limit to the number of custom properties that can be defined, so we may need to have a mechanism to retrieve >100 at some point - but in terms of a first improvement 100 should be sufficient
