Description

Overview:

Primary terms are additionally listed in drop-down for optional terms.

Steps to Reproduce:

Log into FOLIO system on Kiwi or Lotus release (e.g. https://bugfest-lotus.int.aws.folio.org/)
Make sure that there are primary and optional terms defined in Settings / Licenses / Terms
Edit a license record in the Licenses app
Choose add optional term via "Add term" button
Click name drop-down to pick a term

Expected Results:

Only optional terms will be displayed.

Actual Results:

The primary terms are listed again in the drop-down menu when you want to add optional terms.
