Ensure that mod-agreements used in place of olf-erm

The ModuleDescriptor checked into the `mod-agreements` repo, the module is called `olf-erm`. this is legacy and should be changed

Check for any hard-coded references to olf-erm

as part of the `platform-complete` release process which drives the quarterly releases, @malc and @wayne have set it up so that the actual built module is created as `mod-agreements` and not `olf-erm`. This will need to change
