Agreements > Agreement line: Wrong date format when in view screen

Overview:

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into https://folio-snapshot.dev.folio.org/ as diku_admin
2. Open Agreements and create a new agreement with minimal descriptive data
3. Save the agreement and open the Agreement lines accordion
4. Press "Add agreement line" button
5. Enter a description and dates in the active from/to fields and hit "Save & close"

Expected Results:

The date displayed in the active from/to fields follows the tenant's locale format, e.g 

• English - US: 1/1/2022 - 12/31/2022
• German - Germany: 1.1.2022 - 31.12.2022

Actual Results:

The date is displayed in ISO 8601 format: 2022-01-01 - 2022-12-31
