Sort agreement lines by name then reference then UUID in the UI

Currently when agreement lines are displayed in the UI in the Agreement view pane, they are sorted by "name". We should additionally support sorting by reference (as a secondary sort) then UUID (as tertiary sort) to ensure that lines sort in a consistent and logical order even if they lack a name or a reference
