Limit alternative names to 255 characters in UI

The Alternative Names field is limited to 255 characters. It should not be possible to enter a string longer than this in the Agreements Edit screen. This limit is already implemented in the Name field - the user cannot enter more than 255 characters, the Alternative Name should work in the same way
