Description
The requirement is for UPDATE EntitlementLogEntry events to be created for changes to Entitlements or resources on an Entitlement.
We need
- A moving cursor to keep track of when the entitlement log task runs
- contentUpdated field on an entitlement to be updated whenever relevant changes are made to its resource
- EntitlementLogService to look for any Entitlements which have changed, or whose contentUpdated date is after the previous cursor
- Create an UPDATE event
