Description

Apply the FOLIO UX guideline for the Edit record pane title at https://ux.folio.org/docs/guidelines/components/pane-header/

When editing an agreement, instead of displaying:

{Agreement icon} {Agreement name}

in the pane title, display the following:
{Agreement icon} {"Edit agreement - " } {Agreement name}

E.g. [icon] Edit agreement - Elsevier ebooks 2021-2026
