Morning Glory (R2 2022)
Description
Purpose:
Resources found in the e-resources search (endpoint: /erm/resource/electronic) currently include all titleInstances and packages. This story is to change this so that users only find resources that have entitlementOptions (this is ALL packages and only titleInstances that have at least one entitlement - i.e. at least one PTI which has at least one PCI)
User story statement(s):
As a ERM librarian
I want to only see resources that I can add to agreements
so that I do not see many titles that cannot be acquired currently

- Change this method to include a block to check any resourc has a PCI (the TI has at least one PTI/platformInstance that has at least one PCI/packageOccurence)
