Description
Purpose/Overview:
Currently when duplicating an agreement, in the UI the user can select to duplicate "Supplementary Information" which maps to duplicating Supplementary Documents only. There is no option to duplicate Supplementary Properties (aka Custom Properties).
This option should be replaced with separate options to duplicate:
- Supplementary Documents
- Supplementary Properties
Scenario 1:
Given: An agreement
When: The user views the Duplicate agreement dialogue
Then: The Duplicate agreement screen should include user should see checkboxes for:
- Agreement information
- Internal contacts
- Agreement lines
- Linked licenses
- External licenses
- Organizations
- Supplementary documents
- Supplementary properties
- Usage data
The "Supplementary documents" and "Supplementary properties" should replace the existing "Supplementary information" checkbox
Scenario 2:
Given: The duplicate agreement dialogue
When: The user selects the "Supplementary documents" checkbox and clicks "Save and close"
Then: A new agreement should be created which includes the Supplementary documents from the original agreement (exactly the same behaviour as currently obtained by selecting the "Supplementary information" checkbox in the duplicate agreement dialogue)
Scenario 3:
Given: The duplicate agreement dialogue
When: The user selects the "Supplementary properties" checkbox and clicks "Save and close"
Then: A new agreement should be created which includes the Supplementary properties + values from the original agreement (similar to the behaviour when duplicating licenses and selecting the "Terms" checkbox)
Scenario 4:
Given: The duplicate agreement dialogue
When: The user selects NEITHER the "Supplementary documents" checkbox NOR the "Supplementary properties" checkbox and clicks "Save and close"
Then: A new agreement should be created without the Supplementary documents or Supplementary properties being duplicated
