Description
Feedback 6: Each radio button reads as 1 of 1, instead of 1 of 2 and 2 of 2, thus the user assumes there is only 1 radio button available. These radio buttons should be in a group rather than one of each. Again the lack of a distinct label/name (feedback 3) for these radio buttons exacerbates the issue.

a11y notes:
1) Per the feedback from the testers, the radio buttons need to be in a radio group. We need to make sure that all the individual radio buttons need to be passed the same name for this purpose.
