Description
Value:
When syncing with a remote knowledgebase, if problems occur these should be logged in an event log that could be accessed by a system administrator (with future development) to analyse any issues that have occurred to fix problems or to work with those running the source KB to resolve the problem
This should be sufficient to eventually present back to the user information including:
- A way of identifying record that had problem (e.g. id, sequential number from load, some other way of identifying the record)
- Data of the record that failed to load
- Error message/details of what failed and why
