Description

Overview:

The app icon for the ERM Comparison app does not display in the top left corner of the app

Steps to Reproduce:

Open ERM Comparison app
Look for app icon in top left (part of drop down menu for app which contains Keyboard shortcut display)

Expected Results:

App icon displays
Actual Results:

App icon does not display!
