Display jumps to incorrect part of agreement when using "Load more" in Agreement Lines MCL

Overview:

If there are >10 alternative names and enough agreement lines to trigger a "load more" button at the bottom of the Agreement Line MCL, clicking "Load more" leads to screen jumping to the incorrect part of the agreement view

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create an agreement with >10 alternative names
2. Add multiple agreement lines until the "load more" button is present (you can reduce the number needed by changing the setting : Setting -> Agreement -> Display settings -> Tabular list pagination -> "Agreement view pane > Agreement lines" to a smaller number)
3. View agreement and open the Agreement Line accordion
4. Click "Load more"

Expected Results:

Additional agreement lines load and the view stays in the Agreement lines MCL

Actual Results:

Additional agreement lines load but the view jumps up the agreement so the Agreement lines MCL no longer displays on the screen in the expected place

Additional Information:

If you reduce the number of alternative names to <10 the behaviour doesn't occur
