Error on saving agreement if a change in made to the visibility (internal) flag of a primary property without populating

Overview:
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Setup an agreement supplementary property (in settings) which is marked as a primary property
2. Create a new agreement
3. Pick a primary property and change the "Visibility" value without adding any other information
4. Click save
5. See error
