Description
Purpose:
Allow institutions not using the eUsage module to not display the Usage data accordion in the Agreements edit screen.
User story statement(s):
As a library that in not using the eUsage module
I do not want to see the Usage data accordion on the Agreement record
Because I find it confusing and do not need to see it
As an ERM Administrator
I want to be able to control whether specific accordions appear in the Agreement edit screen
So that users of the system do not see irrelevant options on the screen
Scenarios:
- Scenario:
- Given Settings -> Agreements -> Display Settings
- When I view the display settings
- Then I see options to Hide accordions in the Agreements edit view
- Scenario:
- Scenario:
- Given Settings -> Agreements -> Display Settings -> Hide accordions in Agreements edit view
- When I check or uncheck the "Usage data" option
- Then the 'Save' button becomes active
- Scenario:
- Given Settings -> Agreements -> Display Settings with active Save button
- When I click "Save"
- Then options set in "Hide accordions in Agreements edit view" are saved
- Scenario:
- Given I have set the "Usage data" display option to 'true' (selected)
- When I create or edit an Agreement
- Then the Usage data accordion is not displayed
- Scenario:
- Given I have set the "Usage data" display option to 'false' (not selected, default)
- When I create or edit an Agreement
- Then the Usage data accordion is displayed
