Description

On migration to the new Org / Org roles structure, any existing Org notes should become org role notes as per ~~ERM-1540~~ and ~~ERM-1541~~

Currently the migration leads to an existing note being listed as both a "note" at the organisation level and a "role note" as shown in the attached screenshot
