Description
Value for user:
Tags are short metadata labels that can be added in an ad hoc manner to items. This enables the user to easily label, and then retrieve using the same label, a set of items (in this case agreements) that they wish to group together or take some action on.
Examples:
- A user wishes to tag all agreements that will require a review in April 2020. They add a tag of "April 2020" to the relevant agreements, and then they can search using the tag and retrieve all the relevant agreements for action
Roles and restrictions:
- All users who can search agreements can search agreements by tags
Workflow / UI expectations:
1. A user can search Agreement tags from the Agreements Search and Sort screen
2. Tags should be a filter on the search results
Business rules & constraints:
- The tags filter should display the tags that have been used in the Agreements app for the user to choose the tags to filter by
- It should be possible to select multiple tags to be used in the filter, which should be used as a Boolean OR in the search (i.e. if multiple tags are selected, records containing any of the tags selected should be returned)
