Dashboard: Simple Search - update date validation message

The screen snip shows the date selector field for the "Start date" and "End date" simple search filters.

Change the validation message from “An absolute date or date token must be input” to “Please enter a date in the correct format to continue”. Ideally the message would read “Please enter a date in the format xxxxxx to continue”.

Dev Task Breakdown

• Check the validation message isn't being used elsewhere as well
• Change translation file - logic can remain as is.

HOWEVER

The work to be done on ERM-1648 may end up rendering this work obsolete, so possibly best to hold off and do them together
