Bring search options in ui-plugin-find-agreement in line with ui-agreements search and filter

A number of additions have been made to ui-agreements search and filter, and the ui-plugin-find-agreement options should be the same. This should include:

• Ensure that the search box searches the same text fields with the same search syntax
  • Search should include "name", "alternative name", "description"
  • Search should be keyword based with phrase searching supported by enclosing the phrase in inverted commas
• Add Start date filter
• Add End date filter
• Add internal contact filter
• Add internal contact role filter
• Add Supplementary properties filter
