Description

To enable implementing institutions to understand the purpose of each visible permission, add a description property to the permission in package.json

permissionName	description
ui-plugin-find-license.search	A user with this permission can search and view existing licenses via the find license plugin (used to search for licenses from within other Folio apps). This does not include the permission to see and access the License app in the Folio interface.
