Description

To enable implementing institutions to understand the purpose of each visible permission, add a description property to the permission in package.json

permissionName	description
ui-plugin-find-agreement.search	A user with this permission can search and view existing agreements via the find agreements plugin (used to search for agreements from within other Folio apps). This does not include the permission to see and access the Agreements app in the Folio interface.
