Agreement lines record count badge disappears when the accordion is opened

Overview:

In an agreement, the "Agreement lines" record count badge disappears when the accordion is opened.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. View an agreement which has 1 or more agreement lines.
2. Notice the count in the "Agreement lines" accordion.
3. Open the accordion

Expected Results:

The count badge should remain visible when the accordion is open.

Actual Results:

The count badge disappears when the accordion is opened.

Additional Information:
The problem also exists with the Notes accordion, which also has a button displayed to the right of the accordion.
