Overview:

Create an agreement with a start date of a current date

The agreement period will have periodStatus = null

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create an agreement with a start date of a current date

1. On the new agreement clone look at the period and note the periodStatus is `null` 

Expected Results:

The period statuses should be "current"

Actual Results:

Period status not calculated
