      Description

      Overview:
Local KB admin has default filter values selected when the app is opened. A filter on running status "In progress" and "Queud" is applied. The label of these values can be changed in Settings / Agreements / Supplementary property pick list setup / Pick list values -> PersistentJob.Status. After renaming the labels the filter is broken in Local KB admin and won't apply by default.

initialFilterState is using the labels rather than the status values https://github.com/folio-org/ui-local-kb-admin/blob/d6d7ef8134ea3a57e096972408358c6acd96068a/src/components/views/Jobs.js#L222

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Log into https://folio-snapshot.dev.folio.org/settings/erm/pick-list-values
      2. Go to Settings / Agreements / Supplementary property pick list setup / Pick list values and select PersistentJob.Status
      3. Rename the labels
      4. Open Local KB admin app

      Expected Results:
The filter values with the underlying values "in_progress" and "queued" are selected. The filter "ended" is not selected.

      Actual Results:
No filter is selected by default.
