Display results of a static query in a user dashboard

Description: Design and implementation in code user+dashboard+widgets and ability to display a simple widget, with data, in a user specific dashboard view

Breakdown: Display results of a static (predefined) query in a private user dashboard environment

• Store and retrieve a private user-specific dashboard
• Send and retrieve an application query from the dashboard application
• Display query results in a simple widget component

Development Tasks:

1. Proxy a user
2. Construct & implement model for:
   1. WidgetType
   2. WidgetDefinition
   3. WidgetInstance
3. Enable users to be linked to WidgetInstances (either directly or via dashboard)
4. End points in place to PUT, POST, GET, DELETE for WidgetInstance
5. Container that can fetch data for Widget (using stripes connect)
6. Stripes component that can retrieve and display information for a specific WidgetInstance
