"All periods" accordion for agreements

Purpose:
To ensure users can easily view all the periods for an agreement

User story statement(s):
For an agreement with multiple periods I want to easily see all the periods for the agreement in a single display
For an agreement with a single period I only want to see that single period in the agreement summary and not see any other display for Periods on the Agreement view

As an e-resource librarian,
I want to see the details of all agreement periods in a single display
so that I can get an overview of all the agreement periods past, present and future, in a single glance

As an e-resource librarian,
I want to be able to tell there are additional agreement periods for me to view without scrolling far down the Agreement view and opening an accordion
so that I'm always aware when multiple agreement periods have been defined

Scenarios:

1 Scenario:

• Given more than one agreement period for an agreement
• When I view the agreement in the Agreement view pane
• Then I see an "All periods" accordion directly below the main Agreement summary information. The accordion displays the number of periods the agreement has on the right hand side of the accordion. The accordion is collapsed by default

2 Scenario:

• Given an agreement with a single period
• When I view the agreement in the Agreement view pane
• Then the "All periods" accordion is not included in the display

3 Scenario:

• Given an agreement with >1 periods
• When I view the agreement in the Agreement view pane and expand the All periods accordion
• Then I see and MCL displaying for each period with the columns "Period start", "Period end", "Cancellation deadline", "Period note", sorted by Period, with the earliest Period (earliest Period start date) first in the list

4 Scenario:

• Given an agreement
• When I view the agreement in the Agreement view pane
• Then the "Other periods" accordion is never included in the display (i.e. the new "All periods" accordion replaces the old "Other periods" accordion
