Update on screen text on Agreements settings page

Update the label on the new "MCL Pagination" section to use "Tabular list" instead of "MCL":

• "MCL Pagination" -> "Tabular list pagination"
• "MCL" -> "Tabular list"

In 'Display "Suppress from discovery" setting' change:

• Package content items -> Titles in packages
• Title instances -> Titles
