License Term values not duplicated on duplicating license

Overview:
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a license and set one or more properties
2. Duplicate the license and select to duplicate Terms

Expected Results:
License duplicated including the term values as set in the duplicated license

Actual Results:
License is duplicated, but the term values are not included
