Add FOLIO keyboard shortcuts to ERM comparisons app

Stripes incorporates a set of keyboard shortcut keys for implementation across all apps. See:

The following shortcuts should be implemented in ERM comparisons:

1. Create new - alt + n.
2. Expand all accordions on detail record - cmd / ctrl + alt + b.
3. Collapse all accordions on detail record - cmd / ctrl + alt + g.
4. Save edit / new form changes - cmd / ctrl + s.
5. Go to Search & Filter pane (aka first pane) - cmd / ctrl + alt + h.
