Incorrect message on PCI screen

Overview:
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Got to Agreements -> e-resources search
2. Find a journal record and view
3. Find the line representing the PCI in the "Options for Acquiring e-resource" and click it
4. If there are any coverage statements on the PCI, delete them
5. See message "No custom coverage for this agreement line"

Expected Results:
Expect message to be "No coverage for this e-resource"

Actual Results:
Message is "No custom coverage for this agreement line"

Additional Information:
The "No custom coverage for this agreement line" is used (correctly) on the Agreement Line edit screen
