Search and sort pane in agreements does not display at correct width

Overview:
With addition of new Platform search and sort, the search and sort pane in Agreements doesn't always display at correct width

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create agreement
2. Click to view agreement

Expected Results:
Search and sort pane stays same width

Actual Results:
Search and sort pane reduces in width obscuring Platform option
