Agreements > Platforms: "search" keyboard shortcut does not work

In Agreements > Platforms, the following shortcut key combination does not work on a Mac or PC: Go to Search & Filter pane (aka first pane) - cmd / ctrl + alt + h

Instead of moving focus to the search, it has the effect of changing the order of the platforms displayed in the Platforms MCL.

To recreate:

1. Open Agreements app
2. Select "Platforms"
3. Select a platform (to move focus away from the search box)
4. cmd / ctrl + alt + h - notice the reordering of Platforms in the MCL. At this point focus should move to the search.
