Investigate a high number of calls to HoldingsIQ

On the Goldenrod release, it was seen that 'mod-agreements' performs repetitive calls to 'mod-kb-ebsco-java' module in cases of 'Edit' on an agreement.

Steps to reproduce:
Add case
1. Go to 'eholdings' screen
2. Search for a package
3. Add selected package to an agreement (create new if needed)
4. Add e-resource from 'agreements' screen
5. Save an agreement

Edit case
1. Go to agreements screen
2. Choose an agreement form the list
3. Click on 'Edit'
4. Remove e-resource
5. Save an agreement

For both cases, there are repetitive calls can be observed in module logs.
