This will be done by creating a platform search and sort and platform view and edit screens - see subtasks.

New permissions will be needed and these will be used to dictate whether a user use the platform search/sort - permissions defined in subtasks

ERM-1224 Removing content of "Local platform code" and saving should result in empty platform code
