Agreements: Apply a four column layout to the Agreement preview pane

Apply a four column layout to the Agreement preview pane, including the fixed panel at the top of the pane. Reposition the fields as shown in the mockup.

Change the label "Agreement period note" to "Current period note".

"Status" is permanently displayed in the fixed panel at the top of the pane. Currently when "Status" = "Closed" it is displayed again on screen, lower down (as shown in the screen shot). It should not be displayed twice, only once, in the fixed panel.
