Patron Comments- Not seeing comments in response OR on FOLIO request record when user creates request via opac or discovery

EBSCO is currently implementing patron comment on request (UXPROD-1800). While testing, the developer is unable to view the Note in FOLIO nor see it in the response.

Here is the workflow

1. User creates a request with Patron comment via opac or discovery layer

Expected outcome

1. The applicable FOLIO response should show the Patron comment
2. The request record in FOLIO should show the Patron comment

Actual outcome

1. The applicable FOLIO response DOES NOT show the Patron comment
2. The request record in FOLIO DOES NOT show the Patron comment

Requirement
It appears the requirement included in MODPATRON-4 was never implemented this is the requirement > Support creating a patron note included on a request submitted via a patron facing user interface
